Our client is a specialist aerospace engineering business supporting major aircraft programmes. They are seeking an experienced Stress Engineer to support a new long-term programme spanning across 5 years.
This is a highly autonomous role, ideal for someone comfortable working remotely and integrating quickly into an established engineering team.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform stress analysis across a range of aerospace engineering activities.
- Carry out FEM / Finite Element Modelling and static analysis .
- Undertake Fatigue & Damage Tolerance (F&DT) assessments.
- Support vibration analysis and structural assessments.
- Produce accurate technical reports and engineering documentation.
- Work independently while collaborating effectively with wider programme teams.
Essential Experience
- Strong professional experience in aerospace stress analysis .
- Proven experience across FEM, static analysis, F&DT and vibrations .
