Customer Service & Operations Coordinator to join their fast-paced operations team.
This is a versatile role bridging customer support, operational scheduling, and partner liaison.
You will serve as a key point of contact for clients, handling day-to-day enquiries, coordinating technical team schedules, and assisting with claims and order workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer queries across multiple channels and conduct proactive courtesy calls to ensure client satisfaction.
- Manage diary scheduling and site visits for Account Managers and Field Installation Technicians.
- Liaise with external insurance partners to assist with ongoing claims and query resolution.
- Process customer orders, account updates, and cancellations accurately within internal systems.
- Review and triage device/telematics data to assist clients with technical queries.
- Collaborate with the finance team to support billing, invoicing, and contract charge checks.
- Provide operational cover for the dispatch and fulfilment function during peak periods.
- What We Are Looking For
- Proven background in customer service or operational support in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience handling both inbound and outbound customer communication.
- Strong organisational and diary management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
- Intermediate IT proficiency (MS Office, Word, Excel) and confidence adapting to proprietary software and CRM portals.
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
- A self-starter attitude with strong problem-solving initiative.
