Senior Network Consultant - Palo Alto
8 month contract
Remote - can be based anywhere in Europe
£550 - £580 per day (Inside IR35 if UK based)
Must speak fluent English as well as either Spanish, Italian or German
iO are working with an established and successful Consultancy in their search for an experienced Network Engineer. They have a global presence providing expertise in Cloud, Security and Networking. They provide services from Strategy and design through to implementation and support.
In this role you will be the Subject Matter Expert for Palo Alto SASE, with a strong focus on Prisma Access. You will provide technical leadership and guidance across projects, operations, and pre-sales activities - leading the design, implementation, optimisation, and support of secure access solutions for enterprise customers.
To be considered for this role you must have experience in the following:
- Strong experience with Palo Alto Networks technologies, especially: Prisma Access and PAN-OS firewalls
- Networking fundamentals (BGP, IPsec, routing, NAT)
- Security principles (Zero Trust, segmentation, threat prevention)
- Experience delivering customer-facing professional services engagements
- Hands-on experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
