Are you passionate about building AI that makes a real impact? If so, we're looking for a Senior AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy production ready NLP and LLM systems for a fast-growing technology company in a high-trust, regulated domain.
This hands-on role bridges research and real-world delivery, giving you the chance to turn experiments into reliable, scalable solutions that genuinely help people.
What you'll do:
- Build and fine-tune NLP & LLM-powered systems
- Take models from prototype to production-ready services
- Create RAG pipelines, evaluation tooling, and prompt testing frameworks
- Monitor performance, cost, reliability, and drift in live environments
- Implement explainability and bias mitigation in sensitive domains
- Collaborate across AI, MLOps, Data, and Product teams
- Mentor junior engineers and help shape the team's AI best practices
What we're looking for:
- Hands-on experience shipping NLP/LLM models into production
- Strong knowledge of fine-tuning, RAG, agents and applied AI
- Experience with MLOps practices (CI/CD, monitoring, retraining, drift detection)
- Ability to turn research into robust, scalable solutions
