I am seeking an experienced Vlocity Developer with a strong background in the telecom industry to join my client’s team on a perm basis, 100% remote. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Salesforce development, particularly within telecom environments, and experience working across complex enterprise integrations and industry-specific solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions aligned with telecom business requirements
- Work on EPC (Enterprise Product Catalog) and telecom-specific Salesforce implementations
- Develop and maintain Apex classes, triggers, and custom logic
- Build and optimize OmniStudio components (OmniScripts, DataRaptors, FlexCards)
- Develop and manage Integration Procedures and external system integrations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts and architects
- Ensure scalability, performance, and best practices in Salesforce development
- Support deployments, testing, and production issues
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
- Proven experience in the telecom domain (e.g., Telco Australia, British Telecom, or similar environments)
- Strong Expertise in Apex (Classes & Triggers)
- Experience with system integrations (REST/SOAP APIs)
- Understanding of telecom business processes and EPC frameworks
- Experience working in large-scale enterprise environments
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in banking or multi-industry Salesforce implementations
- Familiarity with CI/CD and DevOps practices
