Role: Technical Configuration Specialists (SystmOne - TPP)
Type: Contract, Outside IR35
Day Rate: Flexible (open to market)
Duration: 6 months, April start date (highly likely to extend)
Location: Hybrid - UK-based with occasional travel
We're supporting a large-scale EPR programme kicking off in April and are looking to secure multiple highly experienced SystmOne (TPP) Configuration Specialists to support a major implementation.
- 1 x Lead EPR Configuration Specialist
- 2 x Back-End EPR Configuration Specialists
- 4 x Front-End EPR Configuration Specialists
This is a significant programme of work, not BAU configuration. We're looking for individuals who know SystmOne back to front and understand how system design impacts clinical workflow, integrations and national services.
Responsibilities (Lead & Back-End focus):
- Lead and/or deliver deep technical configuration across SystmOne
- Manage back-end integrations and interoperability logic
- Support data migration and clinical data mapping
- Work alongside architects, technical leads and programme teams to ensure compliant, assured deployments
Responsibilities (Front-End focus):
- Configure global templates and document builds
- Design and optimise referral workflows (including eRS)
- Configure record sharing models and PCN/shared admin functionality
- Align workflows to SOPs and clinical pathways
- Work closely with Business Analysts and stakeholders to tailor site-specific builds
Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 5 years' SystmOne (TPP) experience within NHS Primary Care and/or Community settings
- Strong understanding of NHS implementations and EPR programmes
- Experience across integrations, data migration and clinical coding (READ2, SNOMED, CTV3)
- Knowledge of NHS Spine workflows and interoperability
- Ability to work in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
- UK-based with right to work
- BPSS or DBS clearance would be desirable
