A Supplier Quality Engineer is required by a global engineering leader at the forefront of advanced manufacturing, driving innovation across industries that shape everyday life. They have a strong focus on sustainability; the organisation plays a critical role in enabling high-performance production environments.

You will monitor and report supplier performance, ensuring timely corrective actions and driving continuous improvement to reduce non-conformities and Cost of Poor Quality. Work closely with suppliers and internal teams to embed quality requirements and promote proactive improvements. Support supplier selection and onboarding through risk analysis, assessments, and approval processes.

Electrical/mechanical engineering experience with knowledge of manufacturing processes. Experience of quality standards such as ISO9001, APQP, SPC, PPAP, quality tools. Supporting experience with the Strategic Buyers in selecting new suppliers. Good understanding of manufacturing processes such as electro-mechanical assembly, fabrication, knowledge of defects and remedies.
