- Proven experience delivering cloud-native solutions, specifically within Google Cloud environments.
- Strong people management skills with a track record of guiding technical squads and managing complex stakeholder relationships.
- Experience navigating complex, regulated UK Government or secure environments.
- Deep experience with backlog ownership, user story writing, and scaled Agile frameworks.
