SAP Project Manager - Contract - Outside IR35 - Hybrid We are currently looking for an experienced
SAP Project Manager
to join a large-scale SAP transformation consultancy on a contract basis. The role will focus on driving project delivery across multiple SAP workstreams, managing senior stakeholders, project governance, risks, budgets and dependencies across both business and technical teams. Key Responsibilities: Lead SAP projects and workstreams from planning through to delivery. Manage project plans, milestones, risks, issues and dependencies. Coordinate functional, technical, integration and third-party teams. Lead regular governance, steering and project status meetings. Provide clear reporting to senior stakeholders. Track project budgets, resources and delivery against agreed plans. Identify potential delays and implement appropriate recovery or mitigation plans. Manage external SAP partners and suppliers. Ensure project deliverables meet agreed governance and quality standards. Drive effective communication across business and technology stakeholders. Experience Required: 7+ years' Project Management experience. Strong experience delivering SAP transformation or implementation projects. Excellent knowledge of
SAP S/4HANA
environments. Strong stakeholder and vendor management experience. Experience managing risks, budgets, resources and complex project dependencies. Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall or Hybrid delivery methodologies. Strong communication and leadership skills. Highly Advantageous: SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud / Public Edition experience. SAP Activate methodology. Fit-to-Standard workshops. SAP Cloud ALM or Central Business Configuration. Previous hands-on SAP functional or technical experience. PMP, PRINCE2 or Agile certification.
