The role will blend BAU activities with strategic initiatives around culture, talent and process mapping. Supporting the business with HR processes such as payroll, on-boarding and on-boarding plans. As well as working with the exec and SLT to devise growth strategy, talent strategy and also map internal processes as the organisation grows.
This role would initially support 2-3 days per week, but would ideally suit someone who is able and happy to ramp up and down as required.
As an SME and start-up, an individual with a background in bottom-up processes and start-up culture would be beneficial but far from essential.

- Experience across talent, people and processes.
