Role Overview
We are hiring a Cloud DevOps Lead to drive cloud and DevOps initiatives as the platform continues to scale. This is a leadership-focused, hands-on role responsible for shaping cloud operations, improving automation, and embedding best practices across teams. You'll play a key role in modernising infrastructure while mentoring engineers and influencing how DevOps is done across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of cloud infrastructure and DevOps practices
- Improve automation, workflows, and deployment processes
- Ensure platform performance, reliability, and scalability
- Mentor engineers and promote knowledge sharing
- Evaluate and introduce new tools and technologies

Required Experience
- Proven experience in DevOps or cloud engineering roles
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP

- Hands-on use of IaC tools such as Terraform or Ansible
