Key Requirements
- Expert knowledge of NATO C4ISR systems, emerging technologies, and software development best practices.
- In-depth knowledge of NATO C3 policies and directives, including the NATO C3 Interoperability Policy and NATO Enterprise C3 Interoperability Directive.
- Proven experience across the full C4ISR/IT system lifecycle (analysis, design, engineering, development, integration, implementation).
- Demonstrated experience managing complex C4ISR capability development projects.
- Strong background in producing technical documentation (reports, specifications).
- Experience working within NATO committees and working groups, particularly on capability development and interoperability.
- Expertise using and maintaining Wikimedia / Semantic MediaWiki platforms.
