We are seeking a Business Analyst to support the delivery of digital products and transformation initiatives across a portfolio of well-known media brands. This is a hands-on role requiring strong analytical capability, Agile delivery experience, and close collaboration with Product, Engineering, QA, and business stakeholders in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Review, analyse, and evaluate existing business processes and user needs across multiple products and brands.
- Elicit, document, and manage business and functional requirements, ensuring clear scope and defined objectives.
- Support prioritisation of requirements in collaboration with Product Managers and stakeholders.
- Work closely with Engineering, QA, and delivery teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and translated into actionable user stories.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives (essential).
- Assist in defining test scenarios and supporting UAT and business sign-off processes.
- Track progress, risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring timely escalation where needed.
- Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process or product improvement.
- Support multiple concurrent workstreams across a complex, multi-brand environment.
- Ensure requirements are fully validated, tested, and signed off prior to release.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, providing clear updates on delivery progress.
Skills & Experience
- Strong experience as a Business Analyst in a hands-on delivery environment.
- Strong experience working within Agile/Scrum delivery environments (essential).
- Proven experience running Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives).
- Experience working across multiple workstreams or complex programme environments.
- Strong requirement gathering, documentation, and process mapping skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across Product, Engineering, and QA teams.
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and ability to see the bigger picture.
- Experience within Media, Publishing, or Content-driven environments is highly beneficial.
- Comfortable working in both Agile and Waterfall delivery models.
- Proactive, delivery-focused mindset with the ability to drive clarity and progress under pressure.
- Ability to challenge constructively and ensure requirements are fully defined and signed off.
