We're looking for a friendly and tech-savvy Support Analyst to join a growing tech business that supports the healthcare sector. This is a hybrid role, with the expectation of being in the office in Lincoln at least two days a week, so you'll need to be within a reasonable commute.
You'll be the first port of call for customers when they need help - answering queries over the phone and email, figuring out what's gone wrong, and getting it sorted as quickly as possible (all while keeping your cool and providing excellent customer service).
