iO are working with an established and rapidly growing Digital agency in their search for a Dynamics 365 Specialist to join them on a 3-month contract basis. They work with global technology leaders to provide digital transformation services to a number of customers in industries including not-for-profit, financial services and the public sector.
This specific role will be working across a GOV department project. You will need to be an experienced support engineer to deal with support tickets and incidents, and use your specialist Dynamics knowledge and expertise to help mature and fine-tune the support model on how to configure Dynamics and Pagerduty. You will also support the trainees and ensure they are upskilled in dealing with the more complex support queries with Dynamics.
We are looking for people with the following:
- Extensive D365 Experience
- Migration experience into Microsoft Dynamics
- Previous experience dealing directly with stakeholders/clients
