£800 per day (Inside IR35)
Hybrid | London (1‑3 days per week on‑site) | SC cleared or eligible

Our client, a government organisation, is seeking an experienced Lead Developer to guide technical direction and deliver innovative low‑code and AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead on technical and architectural decisions across projects.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and User Researchers to align delivery with user needs.
• Design and implement low-code and Python‑based solutions.
• Support a small team of developers, promoting best practices and quality.
• Work with technologies including Power Platform, SharePoint, Vertex, Bedrock, and Azure AI Foundry.

Requirements

• Strong background in software architecture and delivery.
• Hands‑on low/no-code development experience (essential).
• Proficient in Python and modern frameworks (e.g. LangChain).
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• SC cleared or eligible.

Desirable

• Familiarity with Microsoft technologies and/or public sector projects.
