An established health and social care provider is seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead a residential Mental Health service. This role will play a key part in the refurbishment and relaunch of a mental health residential service, offering a unique opportunity to build and shape a service from the ground up.
The successful candidate will be required to support CQC re-registration, with service reopening. The provider has a strong reputation for delivering high-quality services and successfully launching new provisions.
Key Responsibilities:- Overall leadership and management of a residential service
- Supporting full refurbishment and relaunch of the service
- Leading CQC registration process and ensuring regulatory compliance
- Maintaining full regulatory compliance and Good CQC standards
- Leading, developing and supporting a strong Deputy and care team
- Ensuring high-quality, person-centred care delivery
- Maintaining occupancy and service stability post-launch
- Driving continuous improvement and inspection readiness
- Minimum 3 years' experience as a Registered Manager within residential care
- Strong background in Residential Mental Health
- Previous experience managing residential mental health services (CQC Registered Manager)
- Proven track record of managing stable, compliant services
- History of achieving and maintaining Good CQC ratings
- Commercially aware with an understanding of occupancy and performance metrics
- Continued Good (or improved) CQC outcomes
- Strong team culture and staff retention
