We're looking for an IT Systems & Support Engineer to provide friendly, effective support to users across the business via email, phone, remote assistance, and deskside. You'll be helping both internal staff and external clients, so clear communication, patience, and attention to detail are key. This is a varied role covering troubleshooting, administration, and continuous improvement across our systems and processes. This role will be onsite 3/4 days a week at my client's office.
What you'll be doing:
- Supporting users with hardware, software, and network issues
- Maintaining systems including Cisco Meraki, Active Directory, Entra ID and M365
- Creating and updating configuration and process documentation
- Managing and improving the starter, leaver, mover process
- Carrying out scheduled health checks on user equipment
- Assisting with server administration and scheduled tasks
- Maintaining asset registers across multiple sites
- Supporting compliance activities and monitoring
- Ensuring laptops remain secure, patched, and compliant
