An award-winning and rapidly growing dental group is looking for an IT Helpdesk Administrator to join their central IT team. This role will involve supporting users across multiple UK practices, managing onboarding, user accounts, IT hardware procurement, and acting as a key escalation point for IT support issues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and passwords across Active Directory & Microsoft 365
  • Support onboarding and IT setup for new starters
  • Coordinate IT hardware and mobile device procurement
  • Manage escalations with external MSP providers
  • Track tickets and support SLAs
  • Maintain IT asset inventories

Requirements

  • Previous IT Helpdesk / IT Support experience
  • Knowledge of Active Directory and Office 365
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience working with internal teams and outsourced providers
