Interim Support Manager - Adults' Residential Home (Adults with Learning Disabilities)
Cornwall | 6 - 9 months (Inside IR35)
Panoramic Associates are exclusively seeking a dynamic Interim Support Manager to join a residential service through a period of transition. You'll work closely with the Registered Manager to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the home.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the Registered Manager in the overall management of the service
- Support with care plans and ensure they are regularly reviewed
- Administer medication
- Promote safeguarding, dignity, and respect for all residents
- Contribute to audits, inspections, and quality assurance processes
- Proven experience in a leadership role within adult social care
- Strong background in supporting adults with learning disabilities
- Excellent knowledge of CQC standards and safeguarding procedures
- NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care
- Available to start on short notice
- Must be on the DBS update service
