A highly skilled Project Manager with a strong construction background is required for a leading global aerospace organisation recognised for driving innovation, engineering excellence, and sustainable solutions across commercial and defence aviation.

You will be responsible for leading and delivering construction projects from initiation through to completion, coordinating multi-disciplinary teams across a large operational site. You will ensure projects are delivered against agreed programme, quality, and budget objectives while maintaining strict compliance with health and safety regulations. You will also monitor progress and risks, ensuring effective escalation, mitigation, and resolution where required.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager, Construction Manager, or Project Lead
  • Strong background delivering construction projects on large-scale operational sites
  • Experience within defence or similarly regulated environments (desirable)
  • Strong knowledge of site-based health & safety requirements
  • SMSTS, CCNSG, or NEBOSH certification (or equivalent H&S experience)
