Following rapid commercial expansion across multiple NHS Trusts and regional health systems, this role will lead end-to-end technical delivery, operational scaling, and service quality. Reporting directly to executive leadership, you will build repeatable deployment frameworks and direct operational teams as the business transitions into its next phase of enterprise growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Technical Delivery & Deployment: Lead multi-site NHS software implementations, overseeing technical delivery across Trusts, Integrated Care Systems, and primary care environments.
- Operational Strategy & Scaling: Establish repeatable deployment frameworks, standard operating procedures, and resource capacity models to support multiple concurrent programmes across the UK.
- Quality & Governance: Drive delivery excellence, ensuring strict adherence to NHS deployment guidelines, clinical safety standards, interoperability protocols, and client SLAs.
- Team Leadership & Performance: Direct, mentor, and expand operational and delivery teams, embedding clear operational KPIs, accountability, and a high-performance culture.
- Stakeholder & Programme Governance: Serve as the senior operational escalation point for Trust CIOs, CCIOs, and programme directors while partnering closely with executive leadership on growth readiness.
