iO Associates are currently looking for an SC Cleared Operational Analysis/Defence Interoperability Consultant for an initial 12 Month Contract (Outside IR35) offering up to £600 per day starting ASAP. We're supporting a major Defence programme to help shape and deliver next-generation operational capabilities across complex multi-domain environments. This is a highly strategic and customer-facing role, ideal for someone with deep Defence operational analysis expertise and a strong understanding of C3I interoperability, information exchange, and NATO/MoD frameworks.
The Role
You’ll work closely with Defence stakeholders, programme teams, and operational users to develop operational concepts and guide capability development across complex mission environments. The role will involve occasional travel to client sites across the South West and London (including Bristol, Corsham, and London).
Key Experience Required
- Extensive experience in Operational Analysis and development of:
- ConOps
- ConUse
- ConEmp
- Strong background in data/information exchange and interoperability within Defence environments
- Deep understanding of multi-domain operations across:
- Air
- Land
- Maritime
- Cyber
- Ability to engage and influence senior customer stakeholders and operational communities
- Experience guiding teams through complex operational and strategic challenges
- Strong understanding of Defence and NATO standards/frameworks including:
- MoDAF
- NAF
- C3I Information Interoperability
Contract Details
- Up to £600 per day
- Outside IR35
- 12 month contract
