An exciting opportunity for an experienced HR professional to join a growing, values-led education organisation as Deputy Head of HR. Reporting to the Head of HR, you will help shape and deliver the people strategy, providing expert guidance on employee relations, organisational change, talent management, workforce planning, and HR compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deputise for the Head of HR and lead the delivery of HR services.
  • Manage complex employee relations and organisational change matters.
