Overview: iO Associates is looking to hire a Mechanical Project Manager to join a well-established mechanical services installation contractor, delivering projects across Ireland and internationally for major end clients, and take full ownership of end-to-end delivery across mechanical services (HVAC) projects particularly within healthcare and pharma settings.
Responsibilities:
- Full project delivery in line with contract requirements, programme, quality and construction regulations
- Coordinating mechanical services & builders work drawings
- Managing the master requisition schedule + ordering materials (and tracking deliveries to programme)
- Recording deliveries, liaising with suppliers, and issuing signed dockets to Procurement
- Supporting payroll with timesheet queries when needed
- Managing subcontractors and direct labour on site (safety, quality, coordination)
- Supporting Project Engineers to hit QA document milestones
- Attending site meetings + daily whiteboard updates with the main contractor
- Overseeing commissioning/testing and driving close-out/decant at project end
Key Qualifications/Requirements:
- Managed HVAC/mechanical services installs on a healthcare/pharma project
- Confident leading subcontractors and direct labour on site
- Solid communicator with clients/MCs/site teams
- Proficient with MS Office
- Full drivers licence
