About the Opportunity
We are supporting a globally recognised manufacturer operating at the forefront of engineered products, known for delivering complex, high-quality solutions through precision manufacturing and continuous innovation. You will have broad exposure across the business, working closely with concept design, engineering, and operations teams across multiple projects. This is a hands-on role where you will influence how new products are built from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
- You will lead the creation and development of core manufacturing deliverables for each new model, including:
- Vehicle Assembly Concepts: Developing concepts in a virtual environment and transitioning them into physical validation and delivery.
- Process Sequencing & Documentation: Defining sequencing, documentation, and product traceability aligned with existing and future production strategies.
- Hours Per Car (HPC): Ownership and maintenance of HPC data for new model introductions.
- Collaborating with Engineering and Operations to identify and resolve production bottlenecks.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or similar (or equivalent industry experience).
