We are seeking an experienced Harness Technician to join a spacecraft AIT team supporting the manufacture and integration of flight harnesses and test cables for advanced satellite programmes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manufacture spacecraft flight harnesses and test cables
  • Support harness routing, integration, and AIT activities
  • Work to ECSS and high-reliability standards
  • Support verification, testing, and issue resolution
  • Liaise with engineering and systems teams
  • Potential overseas travel support

Required Experience

  • Hands-on harness/cable manufacturing experience within space, aerospace, or high-reliability industries
  • Experience working with flight hardware and cleanroom environments preferred
  • Strong electrical/mechanical understanding
  • ESA Harness Certifications: ECSS-Q-ST-70-26, ECSS-Q-ST-70-18
