The Opportunity: You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of projects, ensuring alignment across workstreams, managing dependencies, and driving delivery against strategic objectives. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, plan, and deliver multiple projects to agreed scope, time, cost, and quality
  • Develop and maintain integrated project plans, managing dependencies, milestones, and critical paths
  • Identify, track, and mitigate risks, issues, and assumptions with clear escalation where required
  • Establish and maintain strong project governance, including status reporting and steering meetings
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams across operations, commercial, supply chain, technical, and external partners
  • Ensure clear, consistent communication with stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership

Proven experience as a Programme Manager delivering multiple projects. Strong stakeholder management across cross-functional teams and senior leadership. Expertise in project planning, risk management, reporting, and governance. Experience using project management tools such as MS Project. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence without authority.
