As a Security Cleared - Senior ServiceNow Engineer, you will be involved in designing, implementing, and enhancing ServiceNow solutions. The role will focus on CSM and ITIL workflows, integrations, process improvements, and supporting platform maturity across the business. You will configure workflows, business rules, notifications, UI policies, and forms.

Note: This role requires someone who is a Sole British National and has an Active SC clearance. Please apply only if you are a Sole British National and have Active SC.

Skills Required:

  • Active Security Clearance (SC).
  • 5+ years of ServiceNow delivery experience.
  • Strong experience in CSM and ITSM/ITIL; ITOM/CSDM is a plus.

  • Good knowledge of ServiceNow architecture and best practices.
  • CSA certification is essential; additional ServiceNow certifications are desirable.
