I’m currently recruiting for an Enterprise Data Architect to join a Defence programme, providing architectural leadership across data architecture, governance, platforms and AI-enabling capabilities.
You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders, enterprise architects, data governance and engineering teams to define and evolve the organisation’s enterprise data architecture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and evolve enterprise data architecture and target-state roadmaps
- Develop conceptual, logical and physical data models
- Establish enterprise-wide data standards, governance and architectural principles
- Support data platforms, metadata, data quality and data catalogue initiatives
- Ensure data architecture supports AI, analytics and knowledge graph capabilities
- Work with senior business, technical and military stakeholders
Required Experience:
- Strong knowledge of data modelling, governance and metadata
- Experience with Sparx Enterprise Architect
- Knowledge of TOGAF, ArchiMate and/or NAF
- Experience within government, defence, military or highly regulated environments
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- NAF/MODAF experience
- Data mesh, data fabric, MDM or knowledge graph experience
