SHEQ Advisor - Construction Bristol - Hybrid (3 days onsite) Up to £55K per annum
SHEQ Advisor - Construction is required by the specialist engineering organisation at the forefront of the energy transition, delivering high-voltage infrastructure that powers large-scale renewable projects and critical national systems.
It offers true end-to-end project exposure, from early-stage design and procurement through to installation, commissioning, and final handover.
You will be responsible for promoting a proactive SHEQ culture, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 standards, and carrying out audits and site inspections.
The role involves supporting projects from design through to delivery, including the preparation and review of RAMS and management plans, investigating incidents, and driving continuous improvement.

- Minimum 3 years' experience in a SHEQ role within construction, utilities, energy, or infrastructure.
- NEBOSH qualification or equivalent.
- Experience within grid connections, substations, or BESS projects.
