Are you a Data Scientist who wants to build ML models that deliver real-world impact from Day one? Our client is looking to hire a Data Scientist to join a brand-new, high-performing Scrum team focused on developing predictive models to prevent equipment failure. You’ll be working at the intersection of machine learning, engineering, and real-world industrial data, building solutions that customers rely on immediately.
This isn’t a research-only role, this is about production-grade ML. You’ll design models, deploy them, and continuously improve them through automated retraining pipelines as new data flows in.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Build and deploy highly accurate ML models using large-scale datasets
- Create automated training pipelines that continuously improve model performance
- Work closely with Data Engineers and DevOps to productionise models at scale
- Turn complex data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders
- Collaborate with domain experts to solve real customer problems with data
- Stay ahead of the curve with the latest ML techniques and tools

- 5+ years in Data Science / Machine Learning
