About the Role
We're hiring an Engineering Configuration Manager to support major aircraft programmes, ensuring effective engineering configuration and change management across the product life cycle. Working within a cross-functional environment, you'll collaborate with Engineering, Programme, Airworthiness, Manufacturing, and Configuration teams to deliver configuration activities that support aircraft delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end Engineering Change activities
- Coordinate Engineering Configuration Management across multiple programmes
- Support Engineering Change Process deliverables and stakeholder management
- Drive configuration governance throughout the aircraft life cycle
- Support digital transformation and Product Lifecycle Management initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage risks and deliver on time
Required Experience
- Strong Engineering Configuration Management experience
- End-to-end Engineering Change Management knowledge
- Product Data Management (PDM) tools experience
