Ops Support Team Member
Location: Broughton | Onsite

We are seeking an Ops Support Team Member to support the Single Aisle Flow Line. This role focuses on enabling production by resolving blockers, coordinating with stakeholders, and managing tooling and materials. The Single Aisle program is one of the most successful aircraft production lines in the world, and this position offers the opportunity to contribute to its continued efficiency and success.
Responsibilities:
- Liaise with Engineering and Design to resolve production issues
- Control and maintain consumables and tooling
- Coordinate with Facilities and Services to meet service levels
- Act as the link between Tool Control and production teams
- Support continuous improvement (Lean, 5S, Kaizen, CI)
Requirements:
- Experience in manufacturing operations or production support
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Knowledge of tooling, consumables, and facilities processes
- Familiarity with Lean/CI methods
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment
