Due to continued growth, they are looking for a Tech Lead to bring technical oversight, leadership, and structure across client delivery and internal platforms.
The Role
You will act as the technical authority, ensuring high-quality delivery across all projects while shaping architecture and best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Own technical delivery quality across data & AI projects
- Design cloud-first architectures and data platforms
- Lead and optimise Azure environments
- Mentor engineers and promote best practice
- Support hiring and team growth
- Influence technical strategy and tooling
- Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and delivered on time
About You
- Background as a Tech Lead, Data Architect, or Senior Data Engineer
- Strong cloud + data platform expertise
- Comfortable in a strategic, less hands-on role
- Thrives in a fast-paced, scaling environment.

- Cloud (Essential) Strong Azure experience
- AWS exposure beneficial
- Focus on scalable, secure, cost-efficient design
Data Platforms
- Databricks | Snowflake | Microsoft Fabric
