Overview
DV Cleared SOC Analyst - Permanent Position - £50K - £65K Base Salary - South West
iO Associates are currently looking for a DV Cleared SOC Analyst / Engineer to join on a permanent basis on a base salary between £50K - £65K (depending on experience) - not including bonuses / benefits. This role is a hybrid-working role, the majority of clients you will be working with are based in and around the South West of England so ideally we are looking for candidates based in this area too. You must hold active DV Clearance to be considered for this position.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyse security events to identify potential threats
- Respond to security incidents in a timely manner
- Conduct investigations into security breaches and vulnerabilities
- Implement and maintain security tools and technologies
Essential Skills & Experience
- DV Clearance is mandatory
- Previous experience working in a security operations centre
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Desirable Skills & Experience
- Industry certifications such as CISSP or CISMF
- Familiarity with SIEM tools
