The Role
As a Field Service Manager, you will be responsible for providing efficient, compliant, and professional on-site and customer support for installed systems at assigned locations. This role operates within a highly regulated environment and offers strong long-term career progression.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical and customer support for installed systems
- Install, maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and test a wide range of security systems
- Carry out scheduled and unscheduled corrective and preventative maintenance
- Perform radiation surveys in line with regulatory requirements
- Identify and report design issues, reliability concerns, and system faults to technical support teams
- Ensure all work complies with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
Requirements
- Recently graduated in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or Qualified Electrician (Ireland)
- Irish National
- Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical tools
- Solid knowledge of IT systems
- Working experience with Linux environments
- Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills
