The Role

As a Field Service Manager, you will be responsible for providing efficient, compliant, and professional on-site and customer support for installed systems at assigned locations. This role operates within a highly regulated environment and offers strong long-term career progression.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical and customer support for installed systems
  • Install, maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and test a wide range of security systems
  • Carry out scheduled and unscheduled corrective and preventative maintenance
  • Perform radiation surveys in line with regulatory requirements
  • Identify and report design issues, reliability concerns, and system faults to technical support teams
  • Ensure all work complies with safety, quality, and regulatory standards

Requirements

  • Recently graduated in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or Qualified Electrician (Ireland)
  • Irish National
  • Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical tools
  • Solid knowledge of IT systems
  • Working experience with Linux environments
  • Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills
