iO Associates are working with an established reputable Legal firm who are on the lookout for an experienced Solutions Director to join them on a permanent basis.
As the Business Solutions Director, you will work closely with the COO and other leaders across the business to optimise the way in which they work through technology, overseeing large AI and digital transformation projects. You will be instrumental in transforming operations across the firm, determining the overall strategy, roadmap and delivering/implementing significant and continual improvement in systems, processes, procedure and policies.
To be successful, you will have:
- Significant experience leading change and overseeing the design and implementation of legal technology initiatives within a law firm or other professional services environment.
- Understanding and experience of legal service delivery, and managing legal service processes.
- Experienced in developing and successfully implementing strategic plans.
- Minimum of 3 years operating at Director level, with broad commercial experience.
- Degree and/or professional AI certification (desirable).
- Commercially astute with an understanding of the evolving legal services market and the opportunities and challenges for both us and our clients.
- Skilled in developing, managing, driving adoption and embedding technology solutions.
