Key Responsibilities
- Provide 1st, 2nd and 3rd line infrastructure support, ensuring high levels of system availability and service delivery.
- Install, configure and maintain Microsoft Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Active Directory and Hyper‑V environments.
- Lead infrastructure projects including server migrations, upgrades, and new technology implementations.
- Monitor infrastructure performance, security and availability, implementing improvements where required.
- Strong hands‑on experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory and Hyper‑V.
- Experience providing 1st, 2nd and 3rd line infrastructure support.
- Strong networking knowledge, including infrastructure security principles.
