We're seeking a Technical Delivery Manager with Defence/MoD experience to support a secure communications and network transformation, focusing on service migration, stakeholder coordination, and delivery tracking.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead stakeholder engagement across Defence, System Owners, and MSPs
- Coordinate migration planning for legacy communications and network services
- Identify and support delivery of enduring technical solutions
- Manage delivery tracking, dependencies, and progress reporting
- Produce monthly burn-down charts and highlight reports
- Use MoD tooling (e.g. POL, ARM, Dependency Tracker) to manage progress
- Track savings from decommissioned services
- Support governance, reporting, and communications across stakeholders
- Provide evidence against defined acceptance criteria
Required Experience
- Proven Technical Delivery Manager experience in MoD or secure environments
- Strong background in telecoms, network migration, or service transformation
- Experience working with Defence stakeholders and MSPs
- Familiarity with governance, reporting, and dependency management
- Experience using structured delivery tooling and reporting frameworks
