We're seeking a Technical Delivery Manager with Defence/MoD experience to support a secure communications and network transformation, focusing on service migration, stakeholder coordination, and delivery tracking.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead stakeholder engagement across Defence, System Owners, and MSPs
  • Coordinate migration planning for legacy communications and network services
  • Identify and support delivery of enduring technical solutions
  • Manage delivery tracking, dependencies, and progress reporting
  • Produce monthly burn-down charts and highlight reports
  • Use MoD tooling (e.g. POL, ARM, Dependency Tracker) to manage progress
  • Track savings from decommissioned services
  • Support governance, reporting, and communications across stakeholders
  • Provide evidence against defined acceptance criteria

Required Experience

  • Proven Technical Delivery Manager experience in MoD or secure environments
  • Strong background in telecoms, network migration, or service transformation
  • Experience working with Defence stakeholders and MSPs
  • Familiarity with governance, reporting, and dependency management
  • Experience using structured delivery tooling and reporting frameworks
