We are partnering with a global GovTech consultancy currently undergoing a major NetSuite implementation to unify its finance operations. Having grown rapidly through acquisitions, the organization is now transitioning from legacy, disjointed systems toward a single global standard.
They are looking to appoint a Global Finance Transformation Lead to act as the primary authority for process design (R2R, P2P, and O2C) and NetSuite governance.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the Roadmap: Partner with the Group Finance Controller to deliver a global Finance Transformation strategy.
- Drive Global Standardisation: Manage a small team of Global Process Owners (GPOs) across R2R, P2P, and O2C to ensure a “one-way” global approach.
- Systems Authority: Act as the key design authority for NetSuite ERP implementation and ongoing optimization.
- Performance Excellence: Move beyond “running” the process to “optimizing” it through KPIs, automation, and IFRS-compliant controls.
10+ years of experience in Finance Operations, with comprehensive knowledge of R2R, O2C, and P2P process flows, including controls and dependencies.
Skilled in designing standardised global processes for multi-entity organisations.
Track record of leading cross-functional projects in multi-entity, multi-country settings.
Strong understanding of IFRS and internal control frameworks.
Proficient in ERP process design and configuration, with exposure to NetSuite or similar platforms.
Proven ability to drive adoption and change across global stakeholder groups.
Substantial exposure to finance transformation and process improvement, ideally including ERP implementation and/or SSC/GBS optimisation.
