A specialist UK-based engineering consultancy, delivering systems engineering and integration expertise across maritime and defence programmes, is seeking a Senior Combat Systems Engineer to join its team. This is a front-end engineering role focused on combat systems integration, analysis, and concept development. You'll lead analytical tooling development, assess system performance (latency, bandwidth, processing), and support next-generation maritime capability across crewed and uncrewed platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead systems integration analysis and tooling development
  • Assess bandwidth, latency, and processing requirements
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and technical outputs
  • Engage stakeholders and translate requirements into system architectures
  • Contribute to concept studies, reports, and design reviews

Required Experience:

  • Active SC Clearance
  • Engineering degree (relevant discipline)
  • 5+ years post-Chartership or 9+ years relevant experience

  • Proven leadership and systems integration expertise
