iO are seeking an experienced Service Management Consultant to join a Defence programme in Corsham.
The role will focus on designing, implementing and continually improving ITIL-aligned service management processes within a cloud-based environment, working closely with suppliers, operational teams and customer stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities

Own and improve ITIL service management processes across Incident, Change, Problem, Service Request and Knowledge Management.

Drive Continual Service Improvement (CSI).

Support cloud-based and multi-supplier service environments.

Manage service governance, reporting, performance monitoring and operational reviews.

Support Service Desk and operational teams with escalations and service coordination.

Maintain service documentation, knowledge articles and operational processes.

Work with stakeholders and suppliers to improve service delivery and customer experience.
Essential Experience
-
Strong ITIL/service management experience.

Experience across Incident, Change, Problem and Service Request Management.

Cloud service and multi-supplier experience.

Experience delivering CSI and service reporting.

Jira Service Management, Confluence and Remedy or equivalent ITSM tooling.

Strong stakeholder management, communication and documentation skills. xiskglj
