Project Manufacturing Engineering Team Leader is required to work for a global leader in the design and manufacture of advanced vacuum technology, exhaust management systems and engineering solutions. Their products support the production of semiconductors, LEDs, solar cells and a wide range of industrial and scientific applications.
You'll lead the Project Manufacturing Engineering team, managing resources, project priorities and the delivery of new product introduction and continuous improvement initiatives. You'll drive manufacturing process improvements, support team development, oversee project budgets and timelines, represent Manufacturing Engineering at key project reviews, and help grow the team through recruitment and mentoring.
Required Skills- Proven experience leading Manufacturing Engineering or Project Engineering teams.
- Strong track record of delivering complex manufacturing projects.
