About the Client
Our client operates in a high-volume, safety-critical manufacturing environment where quality, reliability, and production continuity are essential.
Role Overview
This role provides hands-on technical support to shopfloor production teams. The focus is on resolving recurring issues, improving processes, and enabling safe, efficient aircraft production. You'll act as the link between operators, FLMs, and engineering/support functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Daily lineside technical support to production
- Resolve and escalate recurring technical issues
- Support work order and rework management
- Assist with capacity planning and production continuity
- Analyse processes and drive Lean improvements
- Support tooling, jigs, assets, and calibration
- Ensure EHS and quality standards are applied
- Support material prioritisation for rework
Required Experience
- Manufacturing / lineside experience (essential)
- Strong practical problem-solving skills
- Experience in production support and process improvement
- Knowledge of aircraft production and engineering methods (highly desirable)
- Lean manufacturing knowledge
- Strong teamwork and stakeholder management skills
- SAP experience
Working Pattern & Benefits

- 20% shift uplift for shift work
