IO Associates is seeking a Project Management Business Partner (PMBP) for the company that supports government and commercial customers with end-to-end capabilities, from design and manufacturing to in-service support. It operates at the forefront of innovation, combining engineering excellence with high standards of safety, security and reliability.
You will support end-to-end project delivery through planning, governance, risk management, reporting, and milestone tracking to ensure successful execution of CAPEX programmes.
- Strong stakeholder management and client relationship skills, with experience driving mitigation plans and delivery performance.
- Ability to lead, motivate and manage a Multi-Functional Project Team (MFT).
- ~3 - 5 years practical experience in project management.
- ~Experience in risk management, budget management, scheduling, contract management.
