An Ergonomist/Human Factors specialist is required for a leading global aerospace organisation renowned for shaping the future of commercial and military aviation. The company drives innovation, engineering excellence, and sustainable technologies across its international operations. This is an exciting opportunity to apply human factors and ergonomics expertise within a high-performance engineering environment.

You will be responsible for applying human factors and ergonomics principles to improve workplace design and processes, while supporting engineering and production teams to enhance safety, usability, and efficiency. You will also assess and mitigate ergonomic risks within manufacturing environments, provide guidance on best practices and compliance standards, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across the business.

  • Strong understanding of Ergonomics / Human Factors, ideally within aerospace or a similar industry
  • Degree (or higher) in Ergonomics / Human Factors from an accredited CIEHF institution
