Are you an experienced Tech Lead or Engineering Lead who enjoys driving technical direction, leading high-performing agile teams, and shaping scalable backend platforms? - Leading and mentoring an agile engineering squad of 10+ engineers
- Driving technical delivery across backend services and platform initiatives
- Working closely with Product, Delivery and Engineering leadership on roadmap planning and execution
- Championing engineering best practices, quality standards and continuous improvement
- Helping shape team structure, delivery processes and technical strategy
- Proven experience leading engineering squads or agile delivery teams
- Strong background in backend engineering and distributed systems
