Responsibilities:
- Design and implement high-quality software solutions using modern best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyse requirements and deliver technical solutions
- Lead, mentor, and support junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain quality and standards
- Troubleshoot and debug applications to improve performance and stability
Key Experience:
- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Strong experience in commercial software development
- Proficiency in Java, C++ or Python, NodeJS
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines; experience in cloud tech (desired)
- Background in defence or secure environments (desired)
