We are seeking an experienced ERP Integration Architect to design, develop, and support complex integrations between enterprise applications, ServiceNow, ERP platforms, and emerging AI-enabled technologies. This role requires a unique blend of enterprise architecture, software engineering, systems troubleshooting, and integration expertise. You will be responsible for enabling interoperability between business-critical applications, developing custom integration solutions where out-of-the-box capabilities do not exist, and resolving complex compatibility challenges across modern and legacy technology environments. The successful candidate will bring deep technical expertise, strong architectural thinking, and a proven ability to solve challenging enterprise software problems.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop enterprise integration solutions between ServiceNow and ERP applications using REST, SOAP, XML, JSON, and other industry-standard protocols.
- Architect custom interfaces and middleware solutions for systems not natively supported by ServiceNow.
- Analyse and resolve complex application compatibility issues across Windows and Linux environments.
- Develop software components and utilities using .NET, C++, Rust, and Python to support integration and ERP compatibility requirements.
- Design, maintain, and enhance integration frameworks, libraries, and supporting platform services.
- Support cloud-based integration initiatives leveraging Microsoft Azure services and DevOps pipelines.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate AI technologies and intelligent automation into enterprise workflows.
- Design and support AI-driven ServiceNow capabilities, including workflow automation, intelligent ticket routing, and virtual agents.
- Perform root cause analysis for complex enterprise platform issues and provide long-term remediation strategies.
- Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance across integration and platform engineering initiatives.
Required Experience
- 10+ years of experience within enterprise software engineering, integration architecture, or platform engineering environments.
- Extensive experience designing and implementing enterprise application integrations.
- Strong background supporting ERP platforms and enterprise business systems.
- Proven expertise troubleshooting complex software, application, and operating system issues.
- Experience working with ServiceNow integrations and supporting platform components.
- Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles and integration best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
